1. Replacement & Return Policy

ElementShop.xyz offers a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee for physical products, subject to the following conditions:

• The replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

• Product must be in unused condition, with original box and packaging intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Note: Products cannot be returned once accepted by the customer, unless they meet valid return conditions listed below.

2. Valid Reasons for Replacement

A replacement may be approved only if any of the following applies:

• Wrong product delivered

• Defective product

• Missing parts or accessories

• Incorrect product information on the website

All requests are verified by our technical and customer service team before approval.

3. Conditions for Accepting a Return

To qualify for a replacement, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include original box, manuals, accessories, and labels

• Have no physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse

• Contain untampered serial number / UPC

Customers are requested to check products before accepting delivery.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Replacement or return is not applicable in the following cases:

• Damage due to misuse or mishandling

• Electrical damage, water damage, or accident

• Used or installed consumables

• Products with missing or tampered serial numbers

• Products returned without full original packaging

• Damage not covered under manufacturer’s warranty

5. Installation & Service Terms

For products requiring installation:

Transport costs apply for outside Dhaka installations.

Once installation is completed, products cannot be returned or replaced.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Due to Product Unavailability

If a product becomes unavailable:

• ElementShop.xyz may cancel the order within 4–25 working days

• Customers may wait up to 30-60 days for restocking

• If canceled, a full refund will be issued within 1–15 working days

• Any cashback already used will be adjusted

B. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If a customer cancels after payment:

• Online payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund

• Refund will be processed after confirmation

C. Advance Payment Orders

Some vendor products require advance payment.
Orders may be canceled if advance payment is not received.

7. Same-Day Delivery Terms

Available only for selected vendors inside Dhaka

• Delivery charge: BDT 500

• Only products stocked at our office are eligible

• Customer may cancel if they do not agree to the same-day delivery terms

Warranty Policy

Element Shop Bangladesh provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Period

Warranty starts from the date of sale to the end user or maximum 12 months from purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty includes:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty materials

• Performance issues under normal use

Warranty is void if:

• Product is misused or abused

• Opened or repaired by unauthorized persons

• Used outside specified operating conditions

Warranty Service

All warranty service, repairs, recalibration and replacements are handled by:
